Birthday Parties at The Creation Station

 

We love hosting birthday parties! Our private parties are all about making your child’s birthday celebration creative, fun, and completely their own.

Here’s how it works:

1. Get in Touch

Contact us by email, phone, or text at least two weeks before the date you would like to celebrate.

We’ll chat with you about your plans and help you get everything organized.

2. Choose Your Location

Our parties are hosted at a location of your choice. This is usually your home, a community centre, or another suitable space.

You provide the space, and we bring the creativity!

3. Tell Us About Your Party

Let us know:

• The age of the birthday child

• The ages of the children attending

• Approximately how many children you expect

This helps us make sure the activities are just right for your group

4. Pick a Theme! 

This is where the fun really begins!

Choose anything your child loves. Some ideas include:

🦄 Unicorns
🦖 Dinosaurs
🐶 Pets & animals
🎨 Artists & art
🎵 Musical instruments
🌈 And so much more!

Once you choose a theme, we’ll send you some craft ideas to choose from. Together, we’ll create a party that your child will love.

5. Party Time!

Our parties are generally 2 hours long, including a 30-minute break for cake, pizza, gifts, and celebrating.

The remaining time is filled with creative, hands-on crafting and lots of fun!

What We Provide

We take care of all the craft materials and supplies needed for your chosen activity.

What You Provide

The host is responsible for:

• Tables and chairs/furniture

• Food and drinks

• Cake and/or treats

• Tablecloths and other serving supplies

• ​

We Set Up & Clean Up!

You have enough to think about when planning a birthday party, so let us take care of the crafting!

We’ll arrive approximately 30 minutes before the party starts to set everything up. Once the party is over, we clean everything up, so you can enjoy the celebration without worrying about the mess.

Party Pricing at a Glance

• $27.50 per child

• Minimum 7 children

• $25 additional fee for locations outside Orangeville
